Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Social Magnetize (YR Bartosz Kozielski) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and the choices you have. For how we handle personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as your browser's local storage — work in much the same way. They help a site function and let its owner understand how it is used.

How we use them

We keep this deliberately minimal. We use these technologies to remember your cookie choice and — only if you accept — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you.

What we set

Strictly necessary — always active

  • Consent choice. A small entry stored in your browser's local storage that remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. It stops us asking again on every visit. Set by us, and kept until you clear your browser storage.

Analytics — only with your consent

These load only after you select Accept on our cookie notice. Decline, and they are never set.

  • Google Analytics — cookies _ga, _ga_<id> and _gid. They measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) so we can improve it. Provided by Google; _ga lasts up to two years, _gid about a day.
  • Microsoft Clarity — cookies _clck, _clsk and CLID. They help us see how the site is used through aggregated behaviour, so we can fix problems and improve. Provided by Microsoft; these last from your session up to about a year.

Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the providers and can change.

Your choices

When you first visit, our notice lets you accept or decline analytics. Decline, and only the strictly necessary consent entry is stored. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's browser storage, which brings the notice back. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary entry may affect how the site works.
