Please read these Terms of Service before using Social Magnetize's website or services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.

Our services

Any timeframes we quote are estimates, not guarantees — external factors outside our control can cause delays. We may decline any request, and may pause or terminate services without notice if we believe our platform or services are being abused or misused. Pausing for quality or security reasons doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund.

What we can and can't promise

Our work depends on third-party platforms — social networks, search engines, publishers and payment providers — whose rules and decisions are outside our control. We bring skill, experience and legitimate access, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome, and we don't control what a platform ultimately decides. Where a result can't be delivered within the timeframe we agreed, our Refund Policy sets out exactly what happens. We provide our services with reasonable care and skill; beyond that, and so far as the law allows, they're provided without further warranties.

Payments

Fees are agreed with you before we begin, and are payable up front unless we've agreed otherwise. If you'd rather secure the deal, we're glad to work through escrow, with funds released on the agreed result. Completed, successful work is non-refundable; if we don't deliver what we agreed within the agreed timeframe, you're refunded in full under our Refund Policy. Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time, and any taxes or transfer fees are yours unless we say otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.
• Don't interfere with the website's operation, or try to access areas you aren't authorised to.
• Don't run simultaneous third-party marketing campaigns — including paid-engagement services or unauthorised tools — while we're working. It can disrupt results and void support and refund eligibility.
• Don't modify the social accounts involved during an active campaign, for the same reason.
• Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion where a service wasn't delivered as agreed. Partial refunds or credits may be offered for incomplete work. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, visuals and materials on this website are the property of Social Magnetize unless stated otherwise, and are protected by international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission.

Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Social Magnetize harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these terms — including misuse, unauthorised access, or legal violations. Over-delivery (extra results beyond what's agreed) acts as a buffer and isn't subject to replacement guarantees. So far as the law allows, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Confidentiality & privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver a service. Anything else you share is treated as non-confidential unless a mutual confidentiality agreement is in place. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Either of us may end an engagement in writing. If you end it once work has begun, fees for work already delivered remain payable, and completed results are non-refundable. We may suspend or end an engagement immediately if these terms are breached, if a request would expose us or a third party to legal or reputational risk, or if delivery becomes impossible for reasons outside our control.

Events beyond our control

We aren't liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including platform changes or outages, the actions of third parties, or changes in the law. Where such an event prevents delivery within the agreed timeframe, the Refund Policy applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from our services, are governed by the laws of Poland and fall under the jurisdiction of the Polish courts competent for our registered seat. If a dispute arises, we'll always try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith first.

General

We may correct errors and update content, pricing or these terms at any time without prior notice. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
